Back to Work Development programmeThe "Back to Work" project is aimed at providing the unemployed with skills required in today's working environment. Learners are introduced to basic employ ability skills in addition to learning about the dynamics of a work environment to enable easy integration into employment.
The programme will work shops and classes to help build peoples confidence and skills, such as; CV writing, Job interview practices, help with application forms, and online job searching. This includes one to one mentoring from Pastor Kemi and her team of dedicated trainers, who will help members of the development programme throughout the job finding process. All courses are person centered and tailored to meet each individuals personal needs with powers to boost self confidence and help individuals overcome low self esteem. We also offer empowerment work shops which aims to boost self confidence. It is easy to give up when faced with life's challenges. But by restoring hope and giving a reason for survival optimism and the courage to persevere is restored to many lives in the community. People attend our empowerment sessions from different ethnicity's, social backgrounds and with varying levels of financial, psychological and emotional needs. These people are empowered through inspirational and motivational sessions delivered by our team of counselors and guest speakers.
